Everett L. Bunnell, Q.C.
During his 30 years of litigation experience, Everett has been involved in a number of claims involving the oil and gas industry, ranging from environmental liability claims, pipeline/refinery contamination problems, and drilling, production and processing issues.
Everett’s extensive experience includes product liability claims on behalf of insurers, as both defence counsel and subrogation counsel. Other insurance experience involves professional errors and omission claims and business interruption losses. He is also experienced in issues involving various environmental issues and disputes concerning claims in respect of land and water advanced by native groups in Alberta.
Everett joined Macleod Dixon as a partner in January 2001. He was appointed Queen's Counsel in 1988.
