Glenn Faass
Glenn is Director of our International Practice, Managing Partner of our Rio office and a recent past member of the firm's worldwide Executive Committee.
In the CIS, Kazakhstan and Latin America since 1992, Glenn has primarily represented mining and energy clients, as well as service companies and lenders/investors in those industries.
From 1992 to 1997, he was resident in Moscow, as head of our Russian practice (1992-1995) and our CIS practice generally (1995-1997). He moved to Caracas, Venezuela to found our office there in 1997, and then helped to co-found our Rio de Janeiro office in 2001, as Brazil's first registered foreign lawyer. He also helped co-found Macleod Dixon's practices in Kazakhstan (1995) and Mongolia (1996).
He was admitted as an English solicitor in April 2005.
