John D. Fitzgerald
John practises banking, oil and gas, securities and general corporate law.
Prior to joining Macleod Dixon, John was corporate counsel and corporate secretary for TOTAL Energold Corporation in Vancouver, British Columbia and for Ranchmen’s Resources and Consolidated Trans-Canada Resources Ltd. in Calgary. During this time he practised in the areas of mining, securities, oil and gas and corporate commercial law. He also previously practised litigation and general and corporate and commercial law with a Saskatchewan law firm.
