Karlena Bowker
Karlena practises corporate and securities law. She assists clients with corporate governance, regulatory compliance and continuous disclosure matters and has been involved in corporate financings for private and public companies, mergers and acquisitions and other corporate reorganizations in the mining, oil and gas and technology sectors.
Karlena joined Macleod Dixon as a summer student in 2001 and completed her articles at the firm before relocating her practice to British Columbia for two years. She rejoined Macleod Dixon upon her return to Alberta.
