Karyna Bello
Karyna received her law degree from Universidad Central de Venezuela in 1996 and she completed a Master of Laws in Georgetown University Law Center, in 1999. Previously, Karyna received another master degree in International Law from American University, Washington College of Law in 1998. Karyna is admitted to practice law in Venezuela and New York State.
Prior to joining the firm as an associate in 2009, Karyna worked as a legal manager for two years in a well-known international financial group located in Venezuela. Before that, she worked as a corporate lawyer in a very important local law firm, for almost six years. Karyna also has a relevant experience working for several public entities in United States from 1998 to 2000.
Her practice areas are focused on corporate, oil and gas and e-commerce. During her career, Karyna has participated in due diligence reviews, drafted corporate documents and contracts. Also, she has participated in financial restructuring projects, acquisitions and has a large experience in corporate matters. She has also participated in project financing for the oil industry.
