Kathleen Cowick
Kathleen focuses on corporate financings, mergers and acquisitions and corporate reorganizations of both private and public companies. She also assists clients with corporate governance, regulatory compliance, continuous disclosure and general corporate matters.
Kathleen joined Macleod Dixon in 2001 as an articling student.
