Kevin E. Johnson
Focusing on corporate and securities law matters, Kevin acts for a variety of participants in capital markets transactions. He has acted for issuers, selling shareholders, independent committees of boards of directors and investment dealers in public and private offerings of securities, related party transactions, corporate reorganizations and mergers and acquisitions.
Kevin has significant experience in cross-border public offerings, offerings for royalty trusts and income funds and both friendly and hostile takeovers. He also advises on corporate governance matters.
Kevin has been a partner of Macleod Dixon LLP since 1988 and is a member of the firm's executive committee.
