Kirk A. Litvenenko
Kirk's practice focuses on securities law and corporate finance. He has advised clients in the structuring and implementation of mergers and acquisitions, recapitalization and reorganization transactions, public and private offerings and management incentive arrangements. Kirk also provides advice to clients with respect to applicable stock exchange requirements, corporate governance matters and continuous disclosure obligations.
Kirk joined Macleod Dixon LLP as an articling student in 1999.
