Marcus W. Archer
Marcus focuses on equity and debt financings, mergers and acquisitions and reorganizations of corporations and trusts, acting for both corporations and trusts as well as investment bankers. He also assists clients with corporate governance, regulatory compliance, continuous disclosure and general corporate matters.
Marcus joined Macleod Dixon as an articling student in 1998.
