Michael Sabusco
Michael practices securities law acting on behalf of public and private issuers as well as investment dealers in connection with public and private placement offerings, and on behalf of target and offering issuers in connection with take-over bids, reverse take-overs and issuer bids.
Michael also advises public and private issuers with respect to securities regulatory compliance, corporate governance, continuous disclosure obligations and general corporate matters including acquisitions, divestitures and annual corporate proceedings.
