Michael Tamblyn
Michael is a partner in the Toronto Litigation Group and practices commercial litigation at the trial and appellate level. His practice includes breach of contract, partnership and shareholder disputes, construction claims, securities litigation, professional negligence, and disputes relating to interests in real property. Michael also represents clients in arbitrations and mediations on a domestic and international level.
Michael represents entrepreneurs, real estate owners and developers, general contractors and builders, both public and private, achieving effective, timely and cost efficient resolution of disputes. Michael has lectured with the legal profession and to industry groups on a variety of commercial litigation topics.
