Olga M. Pryamostanova
Olga’s main practice focus is in the area of corporate and commercial law, including corporate restructuring and matters relating to competition and anti-trust. Her experience in transactions includes advising clients on the establishment and operation of joint-ventures, mergers and acquisition of companies, sale and purchase of shares and participatory interests, increase in charter capital contributions, as well as general corporate and commercial aspects of a company’s day to day business activity from a legal perspective.
In addition Olga provides advice and updates to clients regarding administrative and regulatory changes affecting companies doing business in the Russian Federation, in particular those in the mining, oil and gas industries.
Olga also represents clients on employment and labour issues and has extensive experience in assisting corporate organizations on matters relating to current and proposed legislation affecting the recruitment and retention of expatriate employees and related employment and taxation requirements under the laws of the Russian Federation.
