Oscar Ghersi Rassi
Oscar received his law degree from the Universidad Central de Venezuela in 2000. He obtained his Master of Laws from Columbia University in New York, (U.S.A.) in 2003.
Oscar has been an associate since 2005. Before joining the firm, he worked at the Supreme Tribunal of Justice, the Municipal Attorney’s Office of one of the metropolitan districts of Caracas and at the First Court on Administrative Litigation matters. His practice focuses on the areas of administrative law, free competition and regulation.
He has participated in proceedings before the Office of the Superintendent for the Promotion and Protection of Free Competition (PROCOMPETENCIA). He has experience in various aspects of public law including administrative contracts, urban planning, government torts liability, constitutional law, among others.
