Ramón Ignacio Andrade
Ramón's professional practice focuses on the areas of corporate and commercial law, and negotiations for the acquisition of already established companies such as banks and service companies, along with organizations providing products for mass consumption and information technology.
Ramón also has wide experience in the structuring and negotiating of contracts for new businesses, joint ventures and the negotiation of settlement agreements between disputing parties as well as in the procedures for the declaration of bankruptcy and the liquidation of companies.
Before joining Macleod Dixon in May 2000, Ramón was President of Tecnotip, C.A., a prestigious nationwide graphic arts products distribution company. Prior to that he was an associate in a major law firm in Caracas and also Director at Seguros Banvalor, C.A. (a Venezuelan insurance company).
