Samuel Durante
Practicing in the commercial real estate area, Sam has extensive experience in the acquisition, financing, and leasing of office towers, industrial buildings, shopping centres and hotels. Sam has been involved in the preparation and negotiation of joint venture, co-ownership and management agreements with respect to commercial real estate projects.
Sam completed his articles with Macleod Dixon before being admitted to the Alberta Bar. He has also acted as legal counsel and assistant secretary to Oxford Properties Group.
