Sartaj S. Dhillon
Sartaj has a general corporate commercial practice which focuses on advising both public company and private company clients. His practice consists of advising domestic and international clients in the energy, oil & gas, mining and real estate sectors in connection with corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and governance matters. More recently, his practice has involved providing general corporate and commercial law advice to early-stage companies.
Prior to attending law school, Sartaj worked with an international asset management company during which time he also completed the Canadian Securities Course. As part of his education, he has studied law and business in Hong Kong and in the Middle East. Sartaj is also an instructor and teaches Business Law as part of the undergraduate Rotman Commerce Program at the University of Toronto.
