Tad Gruchalla-Wesierski
Tad combines his extensive and varied experience in transactional work, project and corporate finance and other securities matters with his qualifications in both civil law and common law systems to structure and carry out international and domestic transactions. He has experience with mergers and acquisitions of public and private companies internationally and in Canada, private placements and public offerings of debt and equity securities in the U.S. and European cross-border markets as well as in Canada.
Tad has assisted clients with reorganizations and joint ventures, as well as structured and project financings in Canada, Russia and Azerbaijan. He has experience with EBRD and IFC project financings as well as private sector bank financings.
Tad has a wealth of experience with transactions in the resource, power and telecommunications industries in Canada and internationally.
