Tasha D. Backus
Tasha is a member of the firm's litigation department, focusing on Aboriginal and environmental litigation. Tasha is currently involved in cases dealing with environmental issues and disputes relating to water and land, and various cases dealing with the interpretation of treaty rights including claims relating to natural resources, taxation and consultation in the context of resource development.
