Alberta Human Rights and Citizenship Commission Appeals Ruling of Alberta Court of Appeal. The Appeal Court held that pre-employment drug screening, with automatic consequences in the event of failure, does not violate the Human Rights, Citizenship & Multiculturalism Act in a case dealing with a safety-sensitive workplace. The Commission seeks to reverse that decision.
