Robert I. Frank
Rob's practice focuses on advocacy work in the energy sector, including commercial litigation, regulatory and insolvency matters arising in the energy context.
Rob's experience in commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters includes breach of contract, negligent misrepresentation, wrongful dismissal, partnership and limited partnership disputes, agent's liability and professional negligence. Rob acts on commercial insolvency matters on behalf of secured and unsecured creditors, insolvent corporations, corporations in financial distress and trustees. He has appeared at various levels of court in Ontario and Quebec.
Rob also provides advice on a broad range of regulatory and business matters in the energy sector and appears before the Ontario Energy Board.
Rob practised in the litigation departments of two prominent Canadian firms in Toronto and Montreal prior to joining Macleod Dixon in 1999.
