Robert T. Housman
Robert is a corporate commercial lawyer practising in Macleod Dixon's Real Estate practice group. He received his law degree from the University of Alberta and his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Calgary.
Robert's practice centres on the development, purchase, sale, financing and leasing of commercial real estate including industrial, warehouse, office, retail, shopping centre and condominium properties. Robert also acts for developers with respect to the development aspects of commercial and residential subdivision and condominium properties. Robert is conversant with acting for both vendors and purchasers, landlords and tenants, and lenders and borrowers.
Robert's practice also encompasses general corporate commercial matters such as share matters involving business relationships and organization, including co-ownership agreements, shareholder agreements and management agreements and a variety of other related matters.
