Robert T. Malcolm, Q.C.
Bob has extensive experience in the preparation and analysis of agreements relating to the purchase and sale of oil and gas properties, joint ventures, freehold petroleum and natural gas leases, farmouts, operating and participation agreements, gas purchase and sale contracts, and gas plant construction and operating agreements.
In the area of corporate and commercial law, Bob has substantial experience as the result of acting as director and officer of a number of private and public oil and gas corporations and participating in corporate financings, reorganizations and purchase and sale of shares of corporations.
Bob also has experience in the preparation and review of agricultural related matters as the result of participation in the horse industry.
Prior to joining Macleod Dixon LLP, Bob was a partner with MacKimmie Matthews
